Moving from the status quo to a Sustainability Paradigm is an exercise in change management. This drives collaboration and cooperation and morale.

- Step one: Consensus. Sustainability is a win-win solution for everyone; even though is not always recognized across the enterprise. To achieve broad consensus Bustani begins with the executive management and works outward through the enterprise. Bustani knows how to create a strong Business Case that demonstrates clear value in sustainability.
- Step two: The Beginning and the End. The second step in any journey is to set your destination. Bustani evaluates the core aspect of an enterprise to assess where it is now and how it will transform once fully implemented.
- Step three: Strategy and Tools. Our role will be to devise an overall implementation strategy along with a set of policies, program and process recommendations. We will also provide a sustainability footprint, and a set of metrics by which success and benefits can be measured.
- Step four: Mapping the Journey. In order to fully implement recommendations, Bustani will create a roadmap, timetable and budget.
- Step five: Communications. The key in achieving success is through communications. Bustani will customize training and communications programs that will become ingrained in the organization’s culture and operations.
- Step Six: Creating the Reality. Bustani will work with the designated executive sustainability team to implement, monitor and measure progress of the transformation.
- Step Seven: Scanning and Scouting. Once the transformation effort is complete, Bustani helps companies maintain their competitive edge. We scout for new best practices and technologies, in addition to keeping abreast of emerging issues and trends that will create future opportunities and challenges.
